This name is a gift from my ancestors.

I have been passionate about health and healing my entire life. I began studying in earnest in my early 20s, with a focus on self awareness, living foods, energy healing, Dahn Hak, yoga, Qigong, breathwork, meditation and channeling.

Now, decades later, I am a source of Self healing knowledge, and a channel for others to experience healing and Self awareness.

It begins with the Breath.
